Warm and inviting spaces created to support engagement, connection and transformation.

- both in person & online

My little therapeutic sanctuary within Brisbane City is nestled within a vibrant co-working community in Brisbane’s eclectic Fortitude Valley.

Housed within a character filled heritage listed building, this creative and inclusive space is designed to inspire innovation, nurture community and foster shared learning.

I have chosen to practice within this non-clinical setting where community is core and diversity is celebrated. I want my clients to feel optimistic that change is possible and that they are embarking on a journey of personal & empowered transformation when they attend their sessions.

Grab a coffee from the onsite barista or let me make you a pot of herbal tea, an Ayurvedic tonic or a cup of ceremonial cacao.

I welcome you to feel at home when visiting this cosy space. Escape for a little while from the hustle of the city and press pause on the many and varied responsibilities of your life. This is your time, free of judgment or expectation.

Kick off your shoes and sink into a comfy couch.

Let’s talk. Let’s work in partnership.

I routinely offer in - person appointments on both the Sunshine Coast & Gold Coast throughout the year as my travels allow. The location calendars on my booking page will show availability but if you are seeking more information about when and how often these appointments are offered, please reach out for more information.

Virtual appointments are available via Zoom and offer a wonderful opportunity for you to connect from the comfort of your own home, workplace, or perhaps even under a tree. Connecting online allows sessions to take place wherever you or I are in the world. At least 50% of my client work is now via Zoom. Many clients access both in person and virtual appointments, depending on changing circumstances. It is important to prepare yourself for an online session by considering privacy, comfort, sound, lighting and connection reliability. If you have any concerns about booking an online session, I can send you some additional information to support this process.

Whilst I relish the opportunity to sit in person with my clients. I appreciate the flexibility and accessibility that is afforded through online work and am lucky enough to be able to continue offering sessions in both formats. Maintaining a comforting and familiar therapeutic space whilst also being able to travel regularly and still engage in work that I love, provides a wonderful balance that I am very grateful to have, and one that I believe makes me a much better health practitioner. This format also allows me to connect with people from all over the country, including those who live in rural and remote areas, where in person support services are limited and access to health care can be logistically more difficult o navigate.

“I can go on the road - because I can come home. I come home - because I am free to leave. Each way of being is more valued in the presence of the other. The balance between making camp and following the seasons is both very ancient and very new. We all need both.”

— Gloria Steinem

Incorporate some nature therapy into your sessions.
