Mentorship for Integrative & Holistic Health Practitioners

Why consider mentorship sessions with me?

  • I really enjoy sharing my knowledge, experience and perspectives to assist others to develop their holistic practice, build their business and better service their clients. I also strongly believe that strong mentorship relationships are key hanging stress and burnout in this work and building a foundation for a sustainable career. We must look after ourselves to be able to best help others and I believe that mentorship in integral to that commitment.

  • The number of years of practice behind me, along with the variety of roles I have held and the extensive study I have completed and continue to complete equips me with a broad experience base which enables me to consider things form many different perspectives.

  • I love to share my failures and personal experiences as much as my successes as both provide valuable opportunities for reflection and learning.

  • As a curious life long learner I seek to also gain new knowledge and experience through my mentorship relationships. I certainly do not profess to be the expert and I believe this open and flexible approach provides greater opportunity for shared learning and growth.

  • I have extensive experience in professional clinical supervision and mentorship and have trained in many different frameworks throughout my careers which inform my personalised approach to this work.

If you are in the health, helping, healing or coaching professions and looking to broaden your holistic lens, establish or develop your own practice, or simply connect for reflection and support on your professional journey, you may be interested in mentorship sessions with me. With an extensive background in operational and clinical supervision practice across disciplines and in various formats, I now enjoy offering mentorship services to colleagues to support their professional development and experience, through shared reflection, story telling and learning.

I’m particularly interested in empowering practitioners (especially nurses) to innovate and embrace their specific skill set to be a part of the changing landscape of health care. Managing stress, recovering from burnout and reimagining your career direction are often reasons that people seek out a mentorship relationship but everyone, at all stages of their career can and should be investing in supportive, reflective and educational relationships as part of their commitment to professional self care and development.

Many people find the administrative and marketing side of establishing or running a clinical practice overwhelming and a potential barrier to maintaining a successful and sustainable business. Whilst I continue on my own learning journey in this space, I thoroughly enjoy sharing my new wisdom with other practitioners to help smooth their transition to sole provider or small practice member.

These sessions can be booked as single sessions or as a three session package. Best results are usually achieved through the development of the mentorship relationship.
