It is important to recognise that health coaching and counselling can be an incredibly valuable adjunct to many other supportive, investigative and healing therapies. My services are centred around sharing information and increasing individual capacity through skill building, advocacy for personalised health & the holistic lens, creating a safe and supported space for reflection and exploration, scaffolding self-inquiry, self -awareness and self-empowerment and facilitating values based change. I partner with individuals, couples, families and their health providers. Part of our work together may involve me referring you to other professionals.

I do not diagnose or treat. My services are designed to explore, educate and empower.

I am unable to respond to people in acute crisis.
